Georgia's rifle season begins Saturday, Oct. 18, and the door is wide-open for hunters wanting to enter either of the GONetwork's deer contests.
So far only five bucks have been entered in the GONetwork Big-Buck Contest, and two deer have been entered into the SEEDS Big-Buck Contest.
There are 57 districts, and only four are currently in play to win the Chevy truck in the GONetwork contest. Just two youngsters are in line to win the SEEDS Big-Buck Contest, where one SEEDS member is headed on a big-game hunt in Wyoming.
Congrats to the five hunters so far, and good luck to all GONetwork and SEEDS members this season.
